Port Gamble, Washington is an ideal site for your upcoming wedding or event. Within our Historic New England style town are two Venue options

A Historic Waterfront Gem for Your Special Day – St. Paul’s Church

St. Paul’s Church is a timeless treasure, built in 1879, overlooking the serene waters of Port Gamble Bay. The architecture is inspired by the founder’s hometown in Maine, showcasing New England style charm.

With deep historical roots, St. Paul’s holds a special place in the hearts of military families. Located near key Navy installations, it’s a cherished venue for active-duty service members and veterans alike who want to honor tradition and heritage on their wedding day. Couples often incorporate service dress uniforms, sabre arches, and commemorative tributes into their ceremonies here.

Cathedral windows, original wood pews, and a classic altar area set the scene for unforgettable ceremonies. A favorite moment for couples after saying “I do” is ringing the original church bell for all of Port Gamble to hear.

Downstairs you’ll find a bridal corner, and small reception space. The charming outdoor patio overlooking the water may also be utilized as a larger reception area. As the most photographed church in the area, St. Paul’s is more than just a venue, it’s a memorable storybook setting.

Venue Highlights:

· Original church bell rung by couples after vows

· Panoramic views of Port Gamble Bay

· Ideal for traditional military ceremonies, sabre arches, and flag presentations
